Our board of directors comes from diverse locations and backgrounds. Each has a unique perspective to bring to the table and shares a passion for utilizing outdoor adventures as a tool for learning and combatting the negative effects of device overuse and social media. In addition to their passion for the vision, each brings knowledge and practical proficiency that I know will prove invaluable as the mission grows. Learn more about each below!
Amy Phillips
Bozeman, MT
Amy Phillips has worked for Zoot Enterprises in Bozeman Montana for 24 years, taking on roles as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, Trainer, content creator and Mentor. Building rapport, relaying technical information to business users, patience and persistence are the skills she draws on most to be successful in each of her roles. She has experience in non-profit boards in development organizations similar to True Path Adventures in addition to community organizations, clubs and HOA. Amy is passionate about creating safe space for others to learn and grow personally, in their work environment, but also in mental, spiritual, and physical health. She lives with her husband of 28 years in rural Montana, enjoys travel, creating jewelry, gardening, and learning about nutrition and traditional skills.

Tim Halsema
Fort Atkinson, WI
United States Marine and long-time friend, Tim is currently a Customer Care Manager at Alliant Power, the nation's leading provider of premium engine repair components. He and wife, Josephine have two sons and reside in Fort Atkinson, WI.

Sheri Hoenes
Cedarcreek, MO
Sheri Hoenes has spent 44 yrs in the career of Dental Hygiene. She has been married to her husband, Roger for over 43 yrs and they have 2 grown children, a daughter-in-law, and 2 grandchildren. They currently reside on the 390 acre Cedar Ridge Ranch with a vineyard in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. She has served on the Board of Directors & Advisory Board at Options Pregnancy Clinic for more than 18 years. She also enjoys facilitating Women's Bible Studies.

"I grew up in the country in a family who loved the outdoors. We spent most of our time exploring the woods & creeks on our farm learning about nature & wildlife. We have passed this love of adventure & the outdoors on to our children & grandchildren. So many kids are missing out on this opportunity today in a world of devices & technology to keep them occupied. I truly believe in the mission of True Path Adventures and am honored to be able to serve."
Roger Hoenes
Cedarcreek, MO
As a business owner for over 34 years, Roger brings a wealth of experience. In the complex financial planning landscape, he has invested more than 25 years helping clients 'get more by giving more'! An avid outdoor enthusiast, he spends much of his free time nurturing the vineyard or clearing trails on Cedar Ridge Ranch.

Roger also enjoys hunting, fishing, water and snow skiing. He is a private pilot and recently received his sailing captain's license. He is happy to be celebrating 43 years with wife, Sheri. Father of the founder and active participant in supporting the mission, like Sheri, Roger is likewise passionate about providing these outdoor opportunities for learning.
